French President Emmanuel Macron is on a state visit to Saudi Arabia, where he and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman have announced a strategic partnership to strengthen ties between their countries.

The partnership focuses on future sectors such as energy transition and artificial intelligence, aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 plan to diversify its economy beyond oil.
