Search operations for 15-year-old Lina, who disappeared in September 2023, have resumed in Haute-Saône after a three-day pause.

The gendarmerie has deployed 90 officers to search a 100-hectare section of a forest near Saulx, over 130 km from where Lina was last seen.

Lina vanished on September 23 while heading to a train station to meet her boyfriend in Strasbourg.

Despite extensive searches, no trace of her has been found.

Recent developments in the investigation revealed that Lina's DNA was discovered in a stolen car linked to a deceased suspect, Samuel G.

, who took his own life in July.

The search continues as authorities hope to uncover new leads in this troubling case.
