In a significant development in the case of Lina, a 15-year-old girl who disappeared in September 2023 in Alsace, her genetic profile has been found in a stolen vehicle located near the site of her disappearance.

Prosecutor Yolande Renzi announced this breakthrough on July 26, stating that investigators are working to determine how Lina may have entered the vehicle.

Lina was last seen walking towards the Saint-Blaise-la-Roche train station, intending to meet her boyfriend in Strasbourg.

Despite extensive searches, no trace of her was found until now.
