French Baccalaureate 2024: Success Rates Rise Amid Changes

The results of the 2024 French baccalaureate were released on Monday, July 8th, bringing relief to over 718,000 candidates.

This year's success rate reached 85.5%, a slight increase from 2023. The general track saw a higher pass rate at 91.1% compared to 78.5% for the technological track.

Education Minister Nicole Belloubet praised the results as 'good' and 'joyful'.
