Lyon's Fête des Lumières is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a spectacular showcase of iconic light installations.
From December 5th to 8th, the city will be illuminated by six renowned artworks from past festivals, alongside 26 new creations.
Highlights include the return of the beloved Anookis on the Rhône's banks and the enchanting snow globe of Bellecour.
Visitors can also enjoy vibrant displays at the Place des Jacobins and the Place des Terreaux, where the playful Petit Géant will project whimsical dreams onto the city's facades.
Meanwhile, the Cité-Jardin in Lyon's VIIe arrondissement marks its centenary with a luminous floral field and immersive storytelling experiences.
This unique celebration, involving local residents in the creation process, reflects the rich history and community spirit of the area.
